Four people, four perspectives, four different ways of approaching their own themes through movement.

Inspiration for the pieces is found everywhere: whether it’s the search for space in everyday life, the struggle between a wheelchair and a staircase, or the longing for connection and understanding beyond language. The result is an evening of four short pieces, drawing partly from autobiographical material, and partly translating other art forms—such as their own texts or visual art—into movement.

Between formal precision and everyday poetry, between pop and silence, between intimate closeness, rough tussles, and respectful distance, a common thread emerges: to set one’s inner life in motion.

The project “Perspectives” empowers people with disabilities to take on artistic leadership roles and offers them a professional platform to tell their unique stories.
